Helpful Information

Billing & Insurance

Talking Points Speech Therapy operates as an out-of-network provider for speech therapy services and does not participate in health insurance plans.

However, certain insurance companies may offer out-of-network benefits, allowing patients to seek reimbursement for services rendered. We recommend reaching out to your insurance provider to inquire about your specific out-of-network benefits. We will furnish the family with a comprehensive invoice statement containing all requisite codes that can be submitted to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Payments

Cash, checks, credit cards and Zelle are all accepted forms of payment. In addition, most speech and language therapy services can be paid for using your flexible spending account (FSA) or healthcare savings account (HSA).  Payment is due at the time of service. A credit card will be required to be kept on file regardless of payment method. Please contact us to request our rates.
